Collectors! We love you and to keep this love affair going we want to share the fine print you.
Membership applies to the calendar quarter in which you have signed up. Discounts are subject to change without notice. Quarterly allocations may not always come at the very beginning of a quarter - because no beer shall be served before its time. If a beer is not ready by the estimated ship date, we may delay shipping or substitute it with another beer of similar retail value.
Beer is either shipped or available for pick-up at a farmers market where Dry River has a booth in the first 2 weeks of the new quarter. However, and again, we may postpone pick-up and shipping depending on beer maturity.
Unless you notify us that you would like to cancel or do not want your membership renewed, at least 5 days before the billing date noted below, your card on file will be automatically charged according to the quarterly billing timetable:

Due to The Law, we can only ship within California to persons over 21 years of age. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to other states. Members may designate someone to pick up their beer if they are in another state. Dry River is not responsible for beer picked up by the members designated trustee. An adult signature (21+) is required at the time of delivery or pick-up. We recommend using a business address if you will be unable to sign for your package.
Pick up Limitations
You can pick up your beer shipment at a farmers market. To pick up at a farmers market add promo code "iPROMISEiWILLcomePICKupMYbeer" at check out.
We will send you an email to notify you when your beer will be ready for pick-up and to schedule a pick up date. We will hold beers for up to 2 months after they have been released. Once you pick up date is scheduled and you know ahead of time that you are unable to come pick up your allocation at a farmers market, kindly let us know so we don't haul your package to the market for no reason. If you fail to let us know that you are not picking up your allotment we will charge an additional "Inconvenience Fee" of $12 on the top of $12 GSO Ground Shipping and will ship the beer to you.
YOU CANNOT PICK UP YOUR BEER AT THE BREWERY. Unfortunately our on license does not allow us to sell to consumers directly on the premises. It is definitely frustrating, but sales to consumers directly can only take place through the mail or at locations with a retail license such as a bar, restaurant, bottle shop or a certified farmers market.
Some of the beers will be exclusive to members, however there may also be a very limited number of beers that will be made available to the public depending on the release.
Credit Card Charges
Your credit card will be first charged upon your initial enrollment. Charges for on-going subscriptions will automatically apply as described in the table above and terms herein. We will send out an email reminder approximately one week before applying the charge. Please make sure your credit card, address, and account information is up-to-date. If we cannot charge your card, your membership will be cancelled and you may have to re-enroll or your membership may be made available.
Email firstname.lastname@example.org at least 10 days before the scheduled billing date to cancel membership. Refunds will not be available after a membership charge is processed.
Refunds for broken bottles?
If your shipment arrives with broken bottles please contact us for next steps. Providing a photo is best and will help us determine the issue. Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds for bottles shipped by your designated trustee outside of our shipping carrier(s).
