Imperial Blonde Ale
ABV 7.5 | IBUs 52 | Released: May 2016
Barrel aged Imperial Blonde Ale, “dry hopped” with locally foraged botanicals.
Tasting notes: Citrusy aroma with an herbal backbone, light bodied with very little to no carbonation. Notes of apricot, peach, hay, oak, white wine, with a hoppy bitter finish.
Our take: A big, bold, blonde which is tamed and pacified by the complex floral aromas of local botanicals foraged along the PCH and Boyle Heights. Pairs extremely well with food.
