Are the beers we receive exclusive to members?
All of the beers will be offered exclusively to members. Any that are left over will either be cellared for future release, or released to the public if the beer isn’t designed for aging.
Is membership limited?
Yes. Given our limited production, we cap the number of members in the Collector’s Club. We may increase the number of members as we expand production, and will keep a waitlist after the cap is met.
When will I get my beer?
We aim for Spring and Fall releases, but the specific dates vary depending on the beers -- they tell us when they're ready, so we have to listen to that!
Can I have my beer shipped to me?
Yes, we can ship within CA for an additional fee. Please just indicate that you want your beer shipped when you sign up, or when you receive an email about an upcoming release.
Can I pick up my beer?
Yes, we will send you an email to notify you when your beer will be ready for pick-up. If you're not able to pick up the beer during the pick-up window (generally 1 month), we will contact you to either ship your beer or convert your payment to tasting room credit. You can also designate someone to pick up you beer, but Dry River is not responsible for beer picked up by someone else.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged when you enroll, and will be charged automatically ahead of future releases. You will receive an email notifying you before the payment is processed. Please make sure your credit card, address and account information is up-to-date. If we cannot charge your card, we may have to suspend your membership.
How can I cancel my membership?
You can cancel your membership by logging into the same system that you use to enroll. The link to cancel is in the enrollment email, so please keep that on file. You can also email email@example.com at least 10 days before the scheduled billing date to cancel your membership. Refunds are not available after a charge is processed.
