Our beers are made in small batches - with love, a lot of patience, and the finest local ingredients. It takes a considerable amount of time and care to produce our barrel aged, wild fermented, and bottle conditioned ales - which means the supply is limited. We like it that way. 

We've all had that rush that accompanies the pride of attaining a coveted special release beer. With this in mind, we offer our rarest liquid creations to our beloved supporters who deserve them the most. The Collector's Club membership offers exclusive access to Dry River beers that will not be found elsewhere.

COLLECTORS CLUB EXCLUSIVE BEERS are beers we brew for ourselves, beers we experiment with, beers we like to drink. These beers are not available for general sale, only available to our Collector's Club members.

When will I receive my beer?

Typically beer will be available for pick-up or it will be shipped in the first 2 weeks of the new quarter. However, we may delay pick-up and shipping if the beer does not meet our quality standards.   

Can I have my beer shipped to me?

Yes, we ship within California. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to other states. Members may designate someone to pick up their beer if they are in another state, however Dry River is not responsible for beer picked up by the members designated trustee. To ship your beer, select “Ground” from the shipping option. An adult signature (21+) is required at the time of delivery and we recommend using a business address if you will be unable to sign for your package.

Can I pick up my beer?

Yes, come by the Tasting Room. Select “Pick Up” from the shipping option. We will send you an email to notify you when your beer will be ready for pick-up. We will hold beers for up to 3 months after they have been released.

Are the beers we receive exclusive to members?

Some of the beers will be exclusive to members, however there may also be a very limited number of beers that will be made available to the public depending on the release. 

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged upon your initial enrollment. Charges for on-going subscriptions will automatically apply on the first day of each new quarter. We will send out an email reminder approximately one week before applying the charge. Please make sure your credit card, address and account information is up-to-date. If we cannot charge your card, your membership may be cancelled and you may have to re-enroll.

How can I cancel my membership?

Email at least 10 days before the scheduled billing date to cancel membership. Refunds will not be available after a membership charge is processed. 

Can I get a refund for broken bottles?

If your shipment arrives with broken bottles please contact us. Providing a photo is best, and will help us address the issue. Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds for bottles shipped by your designated trustee outside of our shipping carrier(s). 

Is membership limited?

Yes. Given the nature of our limited production, and to ensure our members receive their allotted amount of beer, we cap our number of members. We may change the number of members as we expand production, however once our cap is met we will be unable to accept new members.
