LADY ROJA | Botanical Saison

ABV 5.1  | IBUs 16 |  Released: November 2015

Brewed with red wheat and house toasted barely, this unique beer features hints of hibiscus, tamarindo & sea salt.

Tasting notes: Subtle aroma of wild berries, light bodied,  soft carbonation. Notes of cranberry sauce, light vinegar, juicy strawberry, straw, red vine licorice, with a slightly tannic, dry finish. 

Our take: A sophisticated beer even the most discerning wine drinker will enjoy.

COPPER WITCH | Hoppy Farmhouse Ale

ABV 5.3 | IBUs 30 |  Released: November 2015

A West coast farmhouse ale, melding a Belgian Saison with a west coast session IPA. It is hopped with Polaris, Galena, Pacific Jade, & Green Bullet for a unique & mild pungency.

Tasting notes:  Fermented with a proprietary, three yeast blend, it delivers a clean finish with a grassy bitterness.

Our take: Perfect for hot Southern California early autumn season.

CIGANA | Barrel Fermented IPA with Brettanomyces

ABV 7.5 | IBUs 52 |  Released: May 2016

Oak fermented IPA with gypsy yeast. Barrel aged with Brettanomyces. Dry hopped with New Zealand hops. 

Tasting notes:  Malty backbone, tropical bitterness, light brett character.

Our take:  A barrel conditioned twist on a west coast style IPA.

PARA SOL | Blonde Sour Ale

Tasting notes: Notes of peach, nectarine, mildly tart lemon juice, sea salt, earthy hay, with a yeast-forward finish.

Our take: Refreshing, bright - enjoy in the sun.

Bouquet | Barrel Fermented IPA with Brettanomyces

ABV 7.5 | IBUs 52 |  Released: May 2016

Barrel fermented IPA “dry hopped” with locally foraged botanicals.

Tasting notes: Herbal aroma, with notes of spice, orange peel, grapefruit, white pepper, clove, sweet citrus, with a hoppy bitter finish.

Our take:  An unusual IPA that pairs extremely well with food.

XIBALBA | Belgian Style Ale

ABV 8 | IBUs 43 |  Released: November 2015

Sturdy, complex & mysterious with notes of dark fruit & chocolate. This poly fermented strong ale is aged in our red wine barrels and bottle conditioned.

Tasting notes: Dark chocolate and fruit rind, ripe cherry and a hint of earthy leather and oak.

Our take: Share with friends over warming fall dinners.

REGALO | Barrel Fermented Wheat Wine bottled with Champagne Yeast

ABV 6.4 | IBUs tbd |  Released: December 2015

Tasting notes: Pleasant citrusy, floral aroma, light bodied with strong fizzy carbonation.  Notes of nectarine, peach, caramel, raisin, straw, oak, white wine, with a dry, mildly bitter. Crisp, complex, and delicious.
